Almost immediately after a cordial hosting of the children of the Brotherhood of the Cross and Star, the hospitality of a Royal Father, His Royal Highness Oba J. N. Alonge, the Odibiado of Ijagbaland, has paid off with a promotion and a chieftaincy certification.

Impressed by his warm reception of God’s children, as part of the activities marking the BCS Peace March Ondo 2022, the Holy Father revealed through a visioner His blessing for the monarch. The Holy Father, through a visioner among the Peace Advocates, said that the same way the monarch had received and recognized the children of God, He has uplifted him and granted him recognition from the government.

Consequently, the Oba’s certificate of recognition, which has been withheld for many years, was released to him qualifying him as a high-class Oba in Ondo State.

The Odibiado of Ijagbaland, who has been serving on the throne for many years uncertified, has now been properly confirmed in the high-class category of Obas a few days after the visit of the BCS harbingers of peace.

The wonderful news was reported exactly seven days later on Wednesday, after the BCS Peace March Ondo 2022 mega event had rounded up.

The Royal father, His Royal Majesty Oba J. N. Alonge, the Odibiado of Ijiabaland, bewildered and intoxicated with joy, has expressed his deep gratitude to the Almighty God, the Leader of Brotherhood of the Cross and Star His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu for making his certification possible.

It may be recalled that on the 8th of December 2021, His Grace, Archbishop Emmanuel A. Ekuri, Chairman BCS Peace March Evangelism, and Visitation Committee, led a team of eight to pay the royal father a visit in his palace at Ijiagba, Ose Local Government of Ondo State, ahead of the BCS Peace March held in Ondo.

During the first visit, the monarch reaffirmed his belief that the coming of the children of the Brotherhood of the Cross and Star to his community will certainly bring positive changes to the Ijiagba community. He emphatically promised to gather all the Chiefs and his subjects to receive the Peace advocates when they eventually come, which he did on Wednesday, 9th March 2022.

The monarch is still rejoicing and grateful to the King of kings and Lord of lords, His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu, for his elevated status.

Thank You, Father.
