Brotherhood of the Cross and Star brethren from Cross River State expressed palpable joy during the Heavenly Father Sensitization team’s movement to the State to create greater awareness for the upcoming Mega Event in November, 2019.

The excitement was observed when the team arrived the Northern Area of the State on the first day of the exercise at the Ikom Pentecostal Centre, where members in their huge numbers welcomed the entourage from BCS World Headquarters 34 Ambo Street, Calabar.

Addressing the brethren upon His arrival, the Holy Father’s representative and the leader of the team, His Grace, Archbishop Sam Inok, told the members that the team was there to release the everlasting blessings of the Heavenly Father in their domain. He enjoined all to be spiritually minded so as to able to go home with more blessings.

After observing the laid down protocols for the picking of thrones and eating of the unleavened bread, the team proceeded to the Central District of the State where she birthed at the Ugep Pentecostal Centre and repeated same exercise on the second day of the visit.

The third day of the movement was an impressive one as brethren from the Cross River State Southern District comprising of Areas like Odukpani, Akpabuyo, Biase, Akamkpa, Calabar South and Municipality convened at the Ishie Township Bethel in Calabar for the solemn exercise.

His Grace Archbishop Sam Inok in His sermon during the exercise called on brethren to remain steadfast in their service to God for in due season the Lord of Host will surely pay every man according to his work. Exodus 19:5, and Deut. 11:1. Drawing his text from John 14:23, Inok assured the brethren that in as much as God is reigning, His children can never lack stressing that it is pertinent for us to do His will always.

Taking an illustration from a father and child relationship in a home setting, Inok reminded the brethren that a child who is so disobedient to his father will never have the courage to request for anything. On the flip side as well, the ward might not grant the wishes of his father if he/she was not treated in love.  The archbishop however noted that though God does not operate like man, it was important to try to correlate the scenarios and see reason why we should always be obedient to God, our Master.

On the theme of the year’s Mega Event, Inok charged members to be ready to sing the praises of the Heavenly Father as His Throne is forever and ever more and as such should be filled with songs of praises.

Shortly after the sermon, members walked pass the Altar to identify with their various Thrones and Council of Nobles.

Thank You Father.
